Parenting Stress Index, 4th Edition - Short Form Purchasing Instructions

Responses to the Parenting Stress Index, 4th Edition - Short Form (PSI-4-SF) are recorded on paper forms and must be purchased by the grantee from PAR, Inc. Below are instructions for purchasing the materials needed for administration.

• Go to https://account.parinc.com/registration to create an account. You will create an account for your organization and assign yourself as the primary contact person. 

   

• You will be asked to put in the contact information for you and your organization ("company") and your credentials/qualifications.
