- Resource Directory Updates
- ECBG grantees are required to keep up to date their listing and partner organization listings on the 1-800-CHILDREN Resource Directory
- EXCEPTION: child care providers that are already listed in the Child Care Aware Child Care Resource & Referral Services child care providers are only required to keep up to date a listing in one resource (Child Care Aware or 1-800 Children)
- ECBG grantees are required to keep up to date their listing and partner organization listings on the 1-800-CHILDREN Resource Directory

- ECBG Application Form (invitation only)
- An email will be sent to the application contact that was identified and submitted on the 23-24 Q2 Grantee Level report to complete the application on the Kansas CommonApp.
- Helpdesk: please use the Helpdesk from to submit any issues with the application or questions.
- All Helpdesk submissions will be replied to in three (3) business days, but most responses will come within one (1) business day.

- Budget - KPP FY2025 (Excel): Grantees that are using ECBG funds to support a PreK program within a USD will be REQUIRED to submit the USDs KPP budget they submitted in January 2024 to KSDE.
